If you need out of school childcare please can you enquire, please make sure that you state what days and times you need in the question section. This form should be used for both breakfast and afterschool club.

Please be aware that our Wrap-Around care is very full at the moment, you are welcome to apply and be added to the waiting list, we allocate places as per our admissions policy, as and when we have space.
